Dear Sir,

Proposal on how to fight racism in football

I am writing to propose some strategy that i hope we can use to fight racial practices within the football milieu. There have been so many cases of racial discrimination witnessed during international and professional foot ball competitions. For instance, a good number of African or black players have been insulted and despised by their white team mates or opponents who usually claim that the white race is superior over other races.

Firstly, it would be appreciated if any player found guilty of racial discrimination is given a strong financial find and banned permanently from any official sporting events. As for the fans if found guilty, they should be banned from sports arenas. Next, i suggest that teams whose players commit racial faults should also be given serious financial sanctions. This will enable teams to include anti-racial clauses in their contracts with players. Thirdly, Fifa could implement the payment of special bonuses to teams and clubs that recruit players from all the races. Lastly, i would suggest that auntie-racist messages should be displayed on banners and advertisement screens during all major sporting events.

It will be my plesure Sir, to learn that you found my proposals useful. Thank you for considering them and good luck in all your endeavours.

Yours faithfully,

Eteme Jr

                  Dear Sir,

PROPOSAL ON HOW TO FIGHT RACISM IN FOOTBALL

I am writing to propose some strategies that I hope we can use to fight racial practices within the football milieu. There have been so many cases of racial discrimination witnessed during international and professional football competitions. For instance, a good number of African or black players have been insulted and despised by their white team mates or opponents who usually claim that the white race is superior over other races.

Firstly, it would be appreciated if any player found guilty of racial discrimination is given a heavy financial fine and banned permanently from any official sporting events. As for the fans if found guilty they should be banned from sports arenas. Secondly, I suggest that teams whose players commit racial faults should also be given serious financial sanctions. This will enable teams to include anti-racial clauses in their contracts with players. Thirdly, FIFA could implement the payment of special bonuses to teams and clubs that recruit players from all the races. Lastly, I would suggest that anti-racist messages should be displayed on banners and advertisement screens during all major sporting events.

It will be my pleasure, Sir, to learn that you found my proposals useful. Thank you for considering them and good luck in all your endeavours.

Yours faithfully,

Eteme Jr
