EDITING AN ARTICLE
An article is a write-up meant for publication and for public reading which informs, educates, or entertains. An article is made up of a captivating title, which is made up of a few words and is centralized. Next is the introduction of the article, which introduces the article and captures the reader’s attention. Then there is the body of the article, which substantiates the introduction by providing details, examples, and or facts. After that, there is the conclusion of the article which is often a summary of the main points of the article. Finally, there is a byline, which contains the name of the writer (if given) or the name of the newspaper or organization (if given).
