Corrections made

  1. adopted by member – adopted by members – “Members” must be plural because the minutes refer to the group of members.
  2. appeal – appealed – The sentence is describing an action that happened in the past.
  3. 10am – 10 a.m. – The abbreviation “a.m.” stands for the Latin phrase ante meridiem
  4. 2,000 franc – 2,000 francs – “Francs” must be plural because the amount is more than one franc.
  5. go roundly – go round – “Go round” is the correct expression.
  6. richer harvest – richer harvests – “Harvests” is plural because the members are expected to have harvests over time.
  7. make – made – The sentence is in the past tense, so “made” is required.
  8. letter gratitude – letter of gratitude – The noun “gratitude” needs the preposition “of” in this expression.
  9. end – ended – The meeting took place in the past, so the past-tense verb “ended” is required.
  10. ahanda – Ahanda – The surname should begin with a capital letter because it is a proper name.
