MINUTES OF THE P.T.A MEETING OF BRIGHT FUTURE COLLEGE, HELD ON THE 12TH OF JANUARY 2026 IN THE SCHOOL LIBRARY.
The meeting started at 10:00 a. m. with a word of welcome from the principal. This was followed by general discussions on the poor performance of students in exams and how to improve on these results. So many resolutions were taken. Firstly, teachers were to organize voluntary revision sessions following their schedules, in order to prevent students form lazing around the school. Again, we agreed that students should be tested every Saturday, to get them acquainted with exams conditions. Also, parents were asked to control the time spent on electronic devices like televisions and telephones. Equally, both parents and teachers agreed to meet every month in order to evaluate the proper implementation of these measures. To sum-up, teachers who were still lagging behind on the basis of program coverage were encouraged to complete their syllabus and start with revision. The meeting ended at 11: 15 a.m. with appreciations and closing remarks from the principal.
