A good talk should have:

  1. Salutations. This should begin with a “Dear” and followed by the name of the group you are addressing.

Examples: Dear Teachers, Dear Parents, Dear Classmates, Dear Villagers, E.T.C.

  1. A well-developed Body: Begin with a brief introduction of yourself, your topic and explain why it is important. Continue your talk by presenting your ideas clearly, using the selected relevant material, respecting the word limit and the number of paragraphs.
  2. Closing: Always end your talk with a polite expression of gratitude, at the bottom right after your concluding paragraph.

Examples: Thank you, Thank you for your attention, Thank you for listening E.T.C
