Rose Egbe Baiyee is an experienced English Language and Literature educator with over eight years of teaching experience within Cameroon’s Ministry of Secondary Education. She holds a DIPES II in English Language and Literatures of English Expression from the Higher Teachers’ Training College, Maroua, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in English Modern Letters from the University of Yaoundé. Since 2016, Rose has taught English Language and Literature at Government High School Batsingla-Dschang, where she designs curriculum-aligned lessons, develops instructional materials, assesses student performance, provides individualized academic support, and prepares learners for national examinations and academic competitions. Her strengths include literary analysis, critical thinking, curriculum planning, differentiated instruction, public speaking, elocution, educational technology, and student mentoring.
